The College of Education and Human Development (CEHD)
It is one of the university's most significant and diversified colleges. Early childhood education, elementary education, secondary education, educational studies, sport and health science, family social science, human services, and marketing are all available as undergraduate degrees at the college. Graduate degrees are also available in early childhood education, primary education, special education, educational administration, higher education administration, counseling psychology, family social science, human services leadership, sport management, and marketing at the institution.
The mission of CEHD is to prepare teachers and leaders who will work in diverse educational settings, creating environments that are safe, effective, respectful and equitable places for children, youth and adults.
What We Have to Offer
The college offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs that prepare students to be competent professionals in their chosen fields by providing them with the knowledge and skills essential to succeed in their career. We prepare students to be effective professionals and leaders in their fields through our educational programs. In addition to early childhood education and human resources management, the college offers a wide range of other degrees. A substantial emphasis on research is also placed at the heart of the college, which helps to guarantee that its programs are up to date and relevant. A high percentage of graduates from the College of Education and Human Development go on to have successful jobs in their fields of study after graduation.
Who We Are and What We Do
Beginning with pre-kindergarten and continuing through adulthood, the college serves students.
